Eric Buffat

Artistic Director

Compositore, producer, arrangiatore, pianista e autore di brani di grande successo, tra i quali “Un’emergenza d’Amore” di Laura Pausini, “In vacanza da una Vita” di Irene Grandi, “Stai con me” di Raf. Ha collaborato con artisti quali Laura Pausini (per oltre 10 anni, accompagnandola in vari tour mondiali), Raf, Vallesi, Irene Grandi, Marco Masini, Jovanotti, Ramazzotti, Spagna, Michele Zarrillo, Pino Daniele, Phil Collins.

Vocal coach di Amici di Maria De Filippi a fianco di Rudy Zerbi, dal 2016 collabora stabilmente con Fiorello al programma Edicola Fiore ed al fortunatissimo Viva Rai Play, nella veste di autore, compositore e direttore musicale, e a Viva Rai Due 2023.

Maurizio Tomberli

Director of studies

Pianista, cantante, arrangiatore, compositore e dal 2009 titolare e direttore didattico della scuola “Laboratorio musicale Walter Savelli – LMWS”. Da oltre 30 anni, associa all’attività formativa di autore di libri di metodi didattici dedicati al pianoforte moderno quella di performer solista in ambito nazionale e internazionale.

Dal 2000 pianista e cantante della “Oversea Orchestra”, con la quale ha al suo attivo collaborazioni con artisti del calibro di Raf, Marco Masini, Laura Pausini, Pooh e molti altri.

Alexander Finazzo

Guitar

Guitarist and co-founder of Bandabardò, he has collaborated in the studio and live with many artists including Carmen Consoli, Max Gazzè, Daniele Silvestri, Gypsy Kings, David Sylvian, Piero Pelù, Dolcenera, Modena City Ramblers, Patty Pravo, Michael Manring, Paola Turci, Franco Battiato, Dario Fo, Giobbe Covatta, Goran Bregovic, Stefano Bollani, Caparezza, Roy Paci, Petra Magoni, Bob Ezrin, etc.

Riccardo Onori

Guitarist and songwriter

He is an Italian guitarist, composer, and music producer. A long-time guitarist for Jovanotti, considered a cornerstone of his band, he has collaborated with both Italian and international artists, including Stefano Bollani. Among the many collaborations over the years, notable ones include artists such as Max Gazzè, Alex Britti, Syria, Enrico Rava, Gianni Maroccolo, Ernestico Rodriguez, Marco Tamburini, Jarabe de Palo, Horacio Hernández, Michael Franti, Cesare Cremonini, Giuliano Sangiorgi, Luca Carboni, Planet Funk, Karima, and Paolo Buonvino.

Alex Mastromarino

Vocal Coach

Attore teatrale, cantante e ballerino italiano noto soprattutto come interprete di musical. Ha recitato per la Compagnia della Rancia nelle produzioni italiane dei musical The Producers con Enzo Iacchetti, Grease per la regia di Federico Bellone dal 2006 al 2008 e nel 2010 è Abu nel musical di Stefano D’Orazio e dei Pooh Aladin con Manuel Frattini.

Nel 2016 e 2017 interpreta Frankie Valli nel musical Jersey Boys, per la sua interpretazione vince l’Italian Musical Award come “miglior attore protagonista” nel 2016 e il Premio Persefone come “migliore attore musical” nel 2017.

Nel 2017 vince il Festival Internacional da Canção Da Serra Da Estrela, tenutosi nella cittadina di Seia in Portogallo, con la canzone da lui scritta e interpretata Nothing can stop the run.

David Gobello

Producer and guitarist

Davide è chitarrista, arrangiatore e produttore. Suona chitarra elettrica, acustica, classica, dobro, mandolino, bouzuki e banjo. Ha collaborato con Fabrizio Moro, Gianni Morandi, Pierdavide Carone, Ami Stewart, Loretta Goggi, Fiordaliso, Lodovica Comello e tanti altri.

Lavora per le trasmissioni Rai: Castrocaro, Domenica In, Ti lascio una canzone, con i maestri Demo Morselli, Marco Sabiu, Leonardo de Amicis.

Filippo Martelli

Direction and music theory

Pianista, direttore d’orchestra e compositore. Ha suonato come tastierista nei tour di Laura Pausini, Raf, Marco Masini e Paolo Vallesi. Ha diretto Sanremo per Marco Masini nel 2005 e nel 2009.

Nel 2000 ha fondato la Oversea Orchestra collaborando con alcuni tra i maggiori artisti italiani. Ha diretto l’orchestra per le colonne sonore di quattro dei film di Francesco Nuti.

Andrea Pellegrini

Producer and sound engineer

Andrea Pellegrini, born 1983, sound engineer both recording/mixing and live as F.o.H.
His main stable collaborations both studio and live include Stewart Copeland, Adrian Belew, Gavin Harrison, Tony Levin, Elio e le Storie Tese.

Irene Colzani

Singer

Successful singer in the Florentine scene teaches entry-level singing and piano at LMWS. She has participated in major TV shows including X-Factor and The Voice of Italy on Raffaella Carrà’s team. He currently performs with his band Funky Business and in other live and unreleased projects.

Giulia Ulivi

Labor consultant

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florence. Specializes in management and consulting in such matters as labor law, union law and social security law. Collaborates with the Court of Florence as CTU for labor law litigation and disputes. She mainly deals with large entities in tourism, the Cooperative world, the Third Sector and the management of self-employed workers or employees in the Entertainment sector.

Francesca Tresanini

Copyrighting

Cassation lawyer registered in Florence, owner of professional practice deals with civil law and in particular copyright law and personal data protection. He has been a speaker at conferences and holds training in the above-mentioned subjects in the classroom and online.

Alceste Ayroldi

Structured lecturer, music critic, essayist and veejay, professionally active in the music industry since 1982 as a guitarist, singer and drummer. He teaches Entertainment Legislation and Author-Publisher Relations at Saint Louis College in Rome, and Music Research Practice, Music Industries and Academic Writing at the University of the West of Scotland. He has been a regular contributor to Musica Jazz magazine since 2010 and editor manager of the webzine Jazzitalia since 2000. He has served as artistic director of several Italian festivals, including Mast Groove Connection for the City of Bari, and collaborates with The Brass Group Foundation in Palermo, whose biographer he is. He has published various works, including books on entertainment legislation and the Italian music industry, and has interviewed more than 1,000 artists.

Paolo Zampini

Flutist

Nato a Pistoia, ha studiato flauto a Firenze e da oltre 45 anni svolge attività concertistica come solista e membro di prestigiose orchestre, come l’Orchestra Sinfonica della RAI di Roma e l’Orchestra Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. Ha collaborato con compositori di fama mondiale, tra cui Ennio Morricone, registrando centinaia di colonne sonore per cinema e teatro, e ha lavorato con artisti come Fabrizio De André e Laura Pausini.

Dal 1985 è stato uno degli interpreti preferiti da Morricone, eseguendo le sue musiche in concerti internazionali. Come docente, ha insegnato flauto in vari conservatori e dal 2015 al 2021 è stato direttore del Conservatorio L. Cherubini di Firenze. Nel 2020 ha fondato il Duo AulosVox e dal 2022 è Presidente dell’Associazione Toscana Produzione Musica.

Paolo Vallesi

Songwriter

Teachers

His career began in 1998 as guitarist and author for La Camera Migliore, participating in major tours and releasing two albums. Later, he continued with the band Granprogetto and founded the label Millessei Dischi. Over time, he alternates roles as musician, producer and sound engineer, collaborating with various artists and winning the Rock Contest in 2012. Since 2018 he has also been active in theater with Altroteatro in Florence and teaches guitar and music production, confirming himself as a versatile and multifaceted figure in the artistic scene.

Fabio Vitiello

Drummer

He started playing drums when he was only 8 years old, developing a career that has taken him to Italy’s most important stages, such as the Lucca Summer Festival and Sanremo, collaborating with artists like Giusy Ferreri, J-ax, Fedez and Biagio Antonacci. After attracting international attention with his “Video Drum Remixes” on YouTube, he published in 2019 the drumming method “Vertical Drumming” which became a bestseller on Amazon. Fabio runs Drum Factory, a drum school in Basilicata, Italy, and collaborates with the Golden Factory Records, contributing to more than 15 million global streams.
